Le pain Bioferme

Based on the cheese tradition of abbeys, the Bioferme bread is made from organic raw milk of an exceptional quality.

Its natural crust is the consequence of a balance between the natural bacteria of ageing and moulding. This is obtained after several washes in salt water.

Its taste is typical of a Trappist cheese from raw milk, aged on the board for 4 weeks. You will not be insensitive to its hazelnut aftertaste. Its colour varies depending on the season.

It weighs approximately 2.6 kg, can easily be sliced and is suitable for raclette.
