Situated in a rural, pastureland region, our suppliers have a taste for work well done.
The organic farms supply us with ultra fresh milk with exceptional nutritional and organoleptic properties. That quality allows us to use the untreated milk to make our cheeses. Their country cows are known for their excellent milk yields and especially for the cheese-making quality of their bio milk.
The milk is collected in “short circuit”; short in terms of time, since it is collected from the farm three times a week - it is therefore ultra fresh - and short in terms of mileage, as it is collected from local farmers from our region of the Ardennes, situated within a radius of 20 miles of the bio cheese factory.
